This resin is harvested by the Shipibo-Conibo Indians from a specific tree whose name is unknown to us.

This is a high-quality incense. Burned on charcoal, it produces an exquisite perfume, very fresh and having a feminine character.

Its scent is much lighter than that of the incense burned in churches and is slightly piquant and sugary with floral and citrous notes. For some, it is evocative of honey and creates a dreamlike and pacifying atmosphere of communion with the world of flora and fauna.
