Sodalite is the stone of pacification, of moderating logic. It's effects are close to those of lapis lazuli, less intense, but with greater serenity.

It reassures us of our own abilities, thus moderating boastfulness and exaggeration, and encourages modesty. It is particularly recommended for those who are overly sensitive.

The stones of this mala have been selected from many, in order to retain only the choisest ones of mauve. Mauve in the blue is like compassion in the vast and celestial space of the nature of the mind. Hence, this mala is to our eyes connected to the practice of Guru-Yoga.

It is finished with an ornate, hand made Sterlin silver tear-drop,which is set with an amethyst on one side and sodalite on the other, both of these stones of the finest quality.
