This Dzi has a very particular form, uncommon. It is shaped like a crescent moon, is quite flat, and is perfect to hold the central position in a protective necklace.

The lines that cover it are three-dimensional, in a white shining matter that looks like enamel.

The symbol that is on both sides is the long life vase, the one that holds the nectar of immortality. This type of vase can be seen of the thangkas of Amitayus, and sometimes of Gourou Padmasambhava, which leads us to the fact this Dzi is intended to protect against obstacles that could shorten one’s life.

This Dzi is an ancient one, meaning it is over a hundred years old, and it was acquired, through a friend, from a Nepalese who lives in Thaïland.
